I ran the whole five mile turkey trot and I feel absolutely amazing! I can’t believe I ran the entire time! With other runners around me and watching them just motivates me I didn’t really focus on the miles. And when I crossed the finish line I felt so proud of myself. :)
I now understand the fuss about papaya. I am in love with the taste! Mine was really really ripe, so it was nice and juicy. At first it had a distinct taste, but after a few more bites I was hooked! I ate the whole papaya and it was about medium sized. I know it won’t hold me off under dinner or my next snack, so I may have something else in a little bit. My stomach is just full and happy with all that delicious papaya fruit! Mmm. 😊
Stop hating yourself. Try going one day without saying anything bad about yourself. Try complimenting yourself. Do it again. Buy yourself dinner. Put soft things against your skin. Listen to your favorite songs. Eat ice cream. Eat ice cream naked. You have to spend the rest of your life with you. You’re all you’ve got. Be kind, start loving yourself.
