That was a short ass run, but hell did that feel fucking amazing! I missed running so much and I know I need to stop my addiction to exercise, but I need that so bad. I had so much built up I needed to let it out by running, not just biking. I can just feel the endorphins running through me right now! And I just did some yoga stretching. I can’t wait till I recovery to get back on running...
